1. Nature of the service
divorce.ie is a lead generation service. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. No solicitor-client relationship is formed between you and divorce.ie.
2. How leads are distributed
Submitted leads are offered to approved solicitors who cover your county on a fair-rotation basis. We do not guarantee that any solicitor will accept your case or contact you within a particular timeframe.
3. Solicitor obligations
Solicitors who purchase a lead agree to contact the user promptly and to maintain confidentiality of all information received.
4. Payment and refunds
All payments to divorce.ie by solicitors are processed by Stripe. Once a lead's personal contact details are shared with a solicitor, the sale is final and no refunds are available.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, divorce.ie is not liable for any loss arising from your dealings with any solicitor introduced through the service.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
